kidOshoe first opened in July of 2010, and although it is a new business, the philosopy and history trace back over thirty years, to the opening of Terra Toys in 1979.
KidOshoe is, and always will be, a family-run business.
Owners, Charles and Romalda, have three children, and like most parents, they know how difficult it can be to find great fitting, high quality shoes for kids.
As they began Terra Toys and Dragonsnaps in 1980, their goal was to have a store that focused in providing quality toys and clothing that were as unique as they were beautiful. Dragonsnaps children’s clothing store, carried shoes for thirty years before moving to its current location on Anderson lane.
When the oppurtunity came, the family decided to start a unique little children’s shoe store that embodied the same values that Terra Toys and Dragonsnaps embody today.
These values are, among many, an emphasis on natural play and growth, support of locally sourced products and brands, as well as support of independent products made in fair working conditions
